  • SERVING SUGGESTIONS

    always with a lot of ice:

    • Pure with or without lemon zest
    • Mix cold brew 1 to 2 with coconut water, garnish with mint
    • Mix cold brew 1 to 2 with tonic water,
    • Garnish with a lemon wedge - optionally with a good gin
    • 5 cl dark rum, 2 cl cold brew,
    • 1 cl lemon juice, 1 cl brown sugar syrup, garnish with a lemon wedge
    • Experiment and search for recipes online - there are so many!
  • PREPARATION

    • Grind 100 grams of coffee coarsely and freshly
    • Put the filter bag in the glass, put the cover over the edge of the glass, pour in the coffee
    • Tie the filter bag tightly and place it in the glass
    • Add 1 liter of cold water
    • Close the glass
    • Let it steep for at least 12 hours at room temperature
    • Remove the filter bag and store the finished cold brew coffee in the refrigerator. It lasts for a week or two.
    • Wash filters by hand or in the washing machine up to 60 ° C
