We always ship on Wednesday climate neutral with pro clima by Economy shipping or almost daily Priority. For subscriptions the shipping costs are 2.65.-, free economy shipping from 59.-, otherwise 7.-. Free priority shipping from 99.-, otherwise 9.-. You always have the possibility to pick up your order at our showroom in Bern.
AGE OF COFFEES
Our coffees are usually 0 to 4 weeks old, rarely up to 6 weeks. If you want coffee fresh from the roastery, please note this in your order. You may have to wait a few weeks before we can ship your order. We recommend not drinking the coffees before 3 weeks after roasting.
RETURNS
If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us - we will find a good solution. We are also happy to receive praise, criticism and ideas.
