Heinz Knieriemen has been committed to a balanced, natural diet all his life - on the one hand as a publicist, on the other hand as a spice inventor. When Knieriemen died in 2014, he left behind not only numerous specialist articles and books, but also a small treasure trove of spice mixtures. These were sold out quickly, whereupon his daughter Debora decided to follow in her father's footsteps. This is how new spice mixtures were created under the Knieriemen Delicatessen brand, this brand was then integrated into the Ojo de Café label in 2020.
