  • RECIPE POUR OVER

    • 15 grams of coffee
    • Grinding medium coarse (Commandante 30 Clicks, Fellow Ode 6)
    • Water 93 °C 
    • 1. Pour 50 gr of water, 50 seconds
    • 2. Pour 100 gr
    • 3. Pour 50 gr and swirl the dripper slightly
    • Allow to cool slightly
