  • RECIPE POUR OVER

    • 15 grams of coffee
    • Coarse grind (Commandante 36 Clicks, Fellow Ode 10)
    • water 93 °C
    • First Pour 50 gr of water, 50 seconds
    • Second Pour 100 gr
    • Third Pour 50 gr and swirl the dripper slightly
    • Allow to cool slightly
