Cocoa Sirsak – The Tropical

The sirsak looks like a spiny dinosaur egg, but is much more fragile and reveals a sour flesh. Anyone who has never heard of the sirsak may also know it as soursop, soursop, graviola, guanábana or corossol. The pulp of the Ghanaian cocoa pod also produces a fresh juice. Completely different from what one would expect from the world-wide mixed milk drink. With its round sweetness, which really has nothing to do with the bean, it perfectly complements the Sirsak, which contains vitamin C. Sour? Sweet? Have you heard everything? Then we describe the complex peculiarity of this pairing differently: think of this lemonade as a metaphor for a successful collaboration. An encounter at eye level, in which everyone involved plays to their strengths and something new is created. Flavor profile speaking, this lemonade is the intersection (or, less mathematically, the sweet spot) of a white peach, pear, and lychee quantity diagram.
