This coffee is something very special. Base is the same coffee as its brothers Guatemala FT2 and Guatemala Carlinho, but washed processed. Sweet and heavy, nicely balanced and with a wonderful fruitiness. As filter coffee or as a great, fruity espresso.

  • RECIPE POUR OVER

    ::: 15 grams coffee
    ::: Coarsely ground (Commandante 30 Clicks, Fellow Ode 6)
    ::: Water 75 °C first pour 50 gr water, blooming for 45 seconds
    ::: water 95 °C second pour 50 gr
    ::: Third Pour 50 gr
    ::: Fourth Pour 60 gr and swing the dripper slightly
    ::: Let it cool slightly
