Chocolate Idukki India 78% with Nibs Bio
We make this single origin chocolate from the characterful cocoa beans of the Idukki region in southern India. The producers of the organization HOPS in Idukki grow the cocoa in very diverse agroforestry systems together with coconuts, nutmeg, pepper, vanilla, rubber, turmeric, cinnamon and many other crops.
 
Idukki 78% with nibs is playful, crunchy and tastes fresh, fruity with a slight acidity.
